SMDA is the Controller of the Personal Data it processes and therefore has the competence to make decisions regarding them. In this regard, SMDA will not be liable in any way for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to those resulting from the disclosure of your Personal Data to third parties or the loss of such information directly or indirectly resulting from your misuse of the Internet. SMDA shall not be liability for any damages resulting from the misuse of the Website or resulting from accidents, modifications, or any other conduct and/or conditions not controlled by SMDA.

You are not required to provide any Personal Data to use the Website or to interact offline with SMDA, but certain features will not be available to you if you do not provide your Personal Data. Additionally, SMDA may not be able to respond to your request, provide you with legal services, or supply you with marketing materials that SMDA believes may be of value to you.
