Preventive performance in the elaboration of compliance programs, opinions, instructions and in-company presentations to promote awareness about the Brazilian antitrust legislation.
- Representation before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in order to:
- Notify acts of concentration and monitor their progress until final clearance
- Contest acts of concentration with harmful effects to competition
- Submit and monitor processes of investigation of practices harmful to competition (cartel, distributors and price discrimination, tie-in sales, etc.)
- Negotiation of Settlement of Conduct Instruments
