Litigation

We act directly before the Higher Courts and the main administrative authorities, with highlight to the Supreme Court (STF), the Superior Justice Court (STJ), the Higher Labor Court (TST), the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF), the Administrative Council of Economic Defense (CADE), among others.

We also work for the recovery of credits, homologation and execution of foreign judicial decisions and arbitration awards, issuance and monitoring of letter rogatory, as well as in the orientation regarding the choice and application of the law and jurisdiction in judicial and arbitration procedures brought in Brazil or abroad.

In the pre-litigation stage, we provide support and advice in dispute resolutions, execution of settlement agreements, individual and collective negotiations, and other alternative ways of resolving conflicts, such as mediation and arbitration.
